Moving two hours from the time where the first film ended , punk continue the story of Rama ( Iko Uwais ) , a prospective father and novice police officer who survived a deadly raid operation in the nest of a fatal drug kingpin . Having made it out alive from the building full of criminals and gangsters , Rama thought he could continue with a normal life , but he was wrong .
